SN74ALVCH16841DL

Texas Instruments
In stock

SN74ALVCH16841DL from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 20-Bit Bus-Interface D-Type Latch With 3-State Outputs - D-type latches. This 20-bit bus-interface D-type latch is designed for 1.65-V to 3.6-V V CC operation. The SN74ALVCH16841 features 3-state outputs designed specifically for driving highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads. This device is particularly suitable for implementing buffer registers, unidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. The SN74ALVCH16841 can be used as two 10-bit latches or one 20-bit latch. The 20 latches are transparent D-type latches. The device has noninverting data (D) inputs and provides true data at its outputs. While the latch-enable (1LE or 2LE) input is high, the Q outputs of the corresponding 10-bit latch follow the D inputs. When LE is taken low, the Q outputs are latched at the levels set up at the D inputs. A buffered output-enable (1OE or 2OE) input can be used to place the outputs of the corresponding 10-bit latch in either a normal logic state (high or low logic levels) or the high-impedance state. In the high-impedance state, the outputs neither load nor drive the bus lines significantly. OE does not affect the internal operation of the latches. Old data can be retained or new data can be entered while the outputs are in the high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. Active bus-hold circuitry is provided to hold unused or floating data inputs at a valid logic level. The SN74ALVCH16841 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.

CD4017BF3A

Texas Instruments
Low stock

CD4017BF3A from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit CMOS Decade Counter with 10 Decoded Outputs - Counters. CD4017B and CD4022B are 5-stage and 4-stage Johnson counters having 10 and 8 decoded outputs, respectively. Inputs include a CLOCK, a RESET, and a CLOCK INHIBIT signal. Schmitt trigger action in the CLOCK input circuit provides pulse shaping that allows unlimited clock input pulse rise and fall times. These counters are advanced one count at the positive clock signal transition if the CLOCK INHIBIT signal is low. Counter advancement via the clock line is inhibited when the CLOCK INHIBIT siganl is high. A high RESET signal clears the counter to its zero count. Use of the Johnson counter configuration permits high-speed operation, 2-input decode-gating and spike-free decoded outputs. Anti-lock gating is provided, thus assuring proper counting sequence. The decoded output are normally low and go high only at their respective decoded time slot. Each decoded output remains high for one full clock cycle. A CARRY-OUT signal completes on cycle every 10 clock input cycles in the CD4017B or every 8 clock input cycles in the CD4022B and is used to ripple-clock the succeeding device in a multi-device counting chain. The CD4017B and CD4022B types are supplied in 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages (F3A suffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic package (E suffix), 16-lead small-outline packages (NSR suffix), and 16-lead thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes). The CD4017B types also are supplied in 16-lead small-outline packages (M and M96 suffixes).

M38510/07701BFA

Texas Instruments
Low stock

M38510/07701BFA from Texas Instruments is a 3-Line To 8-Line Decoders/Demultiplexers - Inverting buffers & drivers. These Schottky-clamped TTL MSI circuits are designed to be used in high-performance memory decoding or data-routing applications requiring very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems, these decoders can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding. When employed with high-speed memories utilizing a fast enable circuit, the delay times of these decoders and the enable time of the memory are usually less than the typical access time of the memory. This means that the effective system delay introduced by the Schottky-clamped system decoder is negligible. The 'LS138, SN54S138, and SN74S138A decode one of eight lines dependent on the conditions at the three binary select inputs and the three enable inputs. Two active-low and one active-high enable inputs reduce the need for external gates or inverters when expanding. A 24-line decoder can be implemented without external inverters and a 32-line decoder requires only one inverter. An enable input can be used as a data input for demultiplexing applications. All of these decoder/demultiplexers feature fully buffered inputs, each of which represents only one normalized load to its driving circuit. All inputs are clamped with high-performance Schottky diodes to suppress line-ringing and to simplify system design. The SN54LS138 and SN54S138 are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74LS138 and SN74S138A are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

The TPS6514x series offers a compact and small power supply solution to provide all three voltages required by thin film transistor (TFT) LCD displays. The auxiliary linear regulator controller can be used to generate a 3.3-V logic power rail for systems powered by a 5-V supply rail only. The main output V O1 is a 1.6-MHz fixed frequency PWM boost converter providing the source drive voltage for the LCD display. The device is available in two versions with different internal switch current limits to allow the use of a smaller external inductor when lower output power is required. The TPS65140 and TPS65141 has a typical switch current limit of 2.3 A and the TPS65145 has a typical switch current limit of 1.37 A. A fully integrated adjustable charge pump doubler or tripler provides the positive LCD gate drive voltage. An externally adjustable negative charge pump provides the negative gate drive voltage. Due to the high 1.6-MHz switching frequency of the charge pumps, inexpensive and small 220-nF capacitors can be used. Additionally, the TPS6514x series has a system power good output to indicate when all supply rails are acceptable. For LCD panels powered by 5 V the device has a linear regulator controller using an external transistor to provide a regulated 3.3-V output for the digital circuits. For maximum safety, the TPS65140 and TPS65145 goes into shutdown as soon as one of the outputs is out of regulation. The device can be enabled again by toggling the input or the enable (EN) pin to GND. The TPS65141 does not enter shutdown when one of its outputs is below its power good threshold.

TPS70758PWP

Texas Instruments
In stock

TPS70758PWP from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 250-mA, dual-channel low-dropout voltage regulator with power good & enable - Linear & low-dropout (LDO) regulators. TPS707xx family devices are designed to provide a complete power management solution for the TMS320™ DSP family, processor power, ASIC, FPGA, and digital applications where dual output voltage regulators are required. Easy programmability of the sequencing function makes the TPS707xx family ideal for any TMS320 DSP applications with power sequencing requirements. Differentiated features, such as accuracy, fast transient response, SVS supervisory circuit, manual reset inputs, and an enable function, provide a complete system solution. The TPS707xx family of voltage regulators offer very low dropout voltage and dual outputs with power-up sequence control, which is designed primarily for DSP applications. These devices have extremely low noise output performance without using any added filter bypass capacitors and are designed to have a fast transient response and be stable with 10µF low ESR capacitors. These devices have fixed 3.3V/2.5V, 3.3V/1.8V, 3.3V/1.5V, 3.3V/1.2V, and adjustable/adjustable voltage options. Regulator 1 can support up to 250mA, and regulator 2 can support up to 125mA. Separate voltage inputs allow the designer to configure the source power. Because the PMOS device behaves as a low-value resistor, the dropout voltage is very low (typically 83mV on regulator 1) and is directly proportional to the output current. Additionally, because the PMOS pass element is a voltage-driven device, the quiescent current is very low and independent of output loading (maximum of 230µA over the full range of output current). This LDO family also features a sleep mode; applying a high signal to EN (enable) shuts down both regulators, reducing the input current to 1µA at T J = +25°C. The device is enabled when the EN pin is connected to a low-level input voltage. The output voltages of the two regulators are sensed at the V SENSE1 and V SENSE2 pins, respectively. The input signal at the SEQ pin controls the power-up sequence of the two regulators. When the device is enabled and the SEQ terminal is pulled high or left open, V OUT2 turns on first and V OUT1 remains off until V OUT2 reaches approximately 83% of its regulated output voltage. At that time V OUT1 is turned on. If V OUT2 is pulled below 83% (for example, an overload condition), V OUT1 is turned off. Pulling the SEQ terminal low reverses the power-up order and V OUT1 is turned on first. The SEQ pin is connected to an internal pull-up current source. For each regulator, there is an internal discharge transistor to discharge the output capacitor when the regulator is turned off (disabled). The PG1 pin reports the voltage conditions at V OUT1, which can be used to implement an SVS for the circuitry supplied by regulator 1. The TPS707xx features a RESET (SVS, POR, or Power-On Reset). RESET output initiates a reset in DSP systems and related digital applications in the event of an undervoltage condition. RESET indicates the status of V OUT2 and both manual reset pins (MR1 and MR2). When V OUT2 reaches 95% of its regulated voltage and MR1 and MR2 are in the logic high state, RESET goes to a high impedance state after a 120ms delay. RESET goes to the logic low state when the V OUT2 regulated output voltage is pulled below 95% (for example, an overload condition) of its regulated voltage. To monitor V OUT1, the PG1 output pin can be connected to MR1 or MR2. The device has an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit that prevents the internal regulators from turning on until V IN1 reaches 2.5V.

SN74ABT623DBR

Texas Instruments

SN74ABT623DBR from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Octal Bus Transceivers With 3-State Outputs - General-purpose transceivers. The SN54ABT623A and SN74ABT623 bus transceivers are designed for asynchronous communication between data buses. The control-function implementation allows for maximum flexibility in timing. The SN54ABT623A and SN74ABT623 provide true data at their outputs. These devices allow data transmission from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic levels at the output-enable (OEAB and OEBA) inputs. The output-enable inputs can be used to disable the device so that the buses are effectively isolated. The dual-enable configuration gives the transceivers the capability of storing data by simultaneously enabling OEAB and OEBA. Each output reinforces its input in this configuration. When both OEAB and OEBA are enabled and all other data sources to the two sets of bus lines are at high impedance, both sets of bus lines (16 total) remain at their last states. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OEBA should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. OEAB should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver. The SN54ABT623A is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74ABT623 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.

TLC59116ITPWRQ1 from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Automotive 16-channel FM+ I2C-Bus constant-current LED sink driver - Automotive LED drivers. The TLC59116-Q1 is an I 2 C-Bus controlled 16-channel LED driver that is optimized for red/green/blue/amber (RGBA) color mixing and backlight application. Each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed-frequency individual PWM controller that operates at 97-kHz, with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6%. The individual PWM controller allows each LED to be set to a specific brightness value. An additional 8-bit resolution (256 steps) group PWM controller has both a fixed frequency of 190-Hz and an adjustable frequency between 24-Hz to once every 10.73 seconds, with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6%. The group PWM controller dims or blinks all LEDs with the same value. Each LED output can be off, on (no PWM control), or set at its individual PWM controller value at both individual and group PWM controller values. The TLC59116-Q1 operates with a supply voltage range of 3 V to 5.5 V and the outputs are 17 V tolerant. LEDs can be directly connected to the TLC59116-Q1 device outputs. Software programmable LED Group and three Sub Call I 2 C-Bus addresses allow all or defined groups of TLC59116-Q1 devices to respond to a common I 2 C Bus address, allowing for example, all the same color LEDs to be turned on or off at the same time or marquee chasing effect, thus minimizing I 2 C Bus commands. Four hardware address pins allow up to 14 devices on the same Bus. The Software Reset (SWRST) Call allows the master to perform a reset of the TLC59116-Q1 through the I 2 C Bus, identical to the Power-On Reset (POR) that initializes the registers to their default state causing the outputs to be set high (LED off). This allows an easy and quick way to reconfigure all device registers to the same condition.

The LMH32401 device is a programmable-gain, single-ended, input-to-differential output transimpedance amplifier for light detection and ranging (LIDAR) applications and laser distance measurement systems. The LMH32401 device can be configured in a gain of 2 kΩ or 20 kΩ. The LMH32401 device has 1.5 V PP of output swing and is designed to drive a 100-Ω load. The LMH32401 device has an integrated 100-mA clamp that protects the amplifier and allows the device to recover rapidly from an overloaded input condition. The LMH32401 device also features an integrated ambient light cancellation circuit that can be used instead of AC coupling between the photodiode and the amplifier to save board space in addition to reducing system cost. The ambient light cancellation circuit can be disabled in cases where DC coupling is required. The LMH32401 device can be placed in low-power mode using the EN pin to conserve power when the amplifier is not being used. Putting the amplifier in low-power mode places its output pins in a high-impedance state. This feature allows several LMH32401 amplifiers to be multiplexed to a single ADC with the EN control pin serving as the multiplexer select function.

81021012A

Texas Instruments
Low stock

81021012A from Texas Instruments is a Voltage-Controlled Oscillators - Specialty logic ICs. These voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) are improved versions of the original VCO family: SN54LS124, SN54LS324 thru SN54LS327, SN74LS124, and SN74LS324 thru SN74LS327. These new devices feature improved voltage-to-frequency linearity, range, and compensation. With the exception of the 'LS624 and 'LS628, all of these devices feature two independent VCOs in a single monolithic chip. The 'LS624, 'LS625, 'LS626, and 'LS628 have complementary Z outputs. The output frequency for each VCO is established by a single external component (either a capacitor or crystal) in combination with voltage-sensitive inputs used for frequency control and frequency range. Each device has a voltage-sensitive input for frequency control; however, the 'LS624, 'LS628, and 'LS629 devices also have one for frequency range. (See Figures 1 thru 6). The 'LS628 offers more precise temperature compensation than its 'LS624 counterpart. The 'LS624 features a 600 ohm internal timing resistor. The 'LS628 requires a timing resistor to be connected externally across R ext pins. Temperature compensation will be improved due to the temperature coefficient of the external resistor. Figure 3 and Figure 6 contain the necessary information to choose the proper capacitor value to obtain the desired operating frequency. A single 5-volt supply can be used: however, one set of supply voltage and ground pins (V CC and GND) is provided for the enable, synchronization-gating, and output sections, and a separate set (OSC V CC and OSC GND) is provided for the oscillator and associated frequency-control circuits so that effective isolation can be accomplished in the system. For operation of frequencies greater than 10 MHz, it is recommended that two independent supplies be used. Disabling either VCO of the 'LS625 and 'LS625 and 'LS627 can be achieved by removing the appropriate OSC V CC. An enable input is provided on the 'LS624, 'LS626, 'LS628, and 'LS629. When the enable input is low, the output is enabled: when the enable input is high, the internal oscillator is disabled, Y is high, and Z is low. Caution! Crosstalk may occur in the dual devices ('LS625, 'LS626, 'LS627 and 'LS629) when both VCOs are operated simultaneously. To minimize crosstalk, either of the following are recommended: (A) If frequencies are widely separated, use a 10-μh inductor between V CC pins. (B) If frequencies are closely spaced, use two separate V CC supplies or place two series diodes between the V CC pins. The pulse-synchronization-gating section ensures that the first output pulse is neither clipped nor extended. The duty cycle of the square-wave output is fixed at approximately 50 percent. The SN54LS624 thru SN54LS629 are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74LS624 thru SN74LS629 are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

7600701FA

Texas Instruments
Low stock

7600701FA from Texas Instruments is a Dual 2-Line To 4-Line Decoders/Demultiplexers - Digital demultiplexers & decoders. These Schottky-clamped TTL MSI circuits are designed to be used in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications requiring very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems, these decoders can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding. When employed with high-speed memories utilizing a fast-enable circuit, the delay times of these decoders and the enable time of the memory are usually less than the typical access time of the memory. This means that the effective system delay introduced by the Schottky-clamped system decoder is negligible. The circuit comprises two individual two-line to four-line decoders in a single package. The active-low enable input can be used as a data line in demultiplexing applications. All of these decoders/demultiplexers feature fully buffered inputs, each of which represents only one normalized load to its driving circuit. All inputs are clamped with high-performance Schottky diodes to suppress line-ringing and to simplify system design. The SN54LS139A and SN54S139 are characterized for operation range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74LS139A and SN74S139A are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

The device is available in two versions with different internal switch current limits to allow the use of a smaller external inductor when lower output power is required. The TPS65100/01 has a typical switch current limit of 2.3 A, and the TPS65105 has a typical switch current limit of 1.37 A. A fully integrated adjustable charge pump doubler/tripler provides the positive LCD gate drive voltage. An externally adjustable negative charge pump provides the negative gate drive voltage. Due to the high 1.6-MHz switching frequency of the charge pumps, inexpensive and small 220-nF capacitors can be used. The TPS6510x series has an integrated VCOM buffer to power the LCD backplane. For LCD panels powered by 5 V only, the TPS6510x series has a linear regulator controller using an external transistor to provide a regulated 3.3-V output for the digital circuits. For maximum safety, the TPS65100/05 goes into shutdown as soon as one of the outputs is out of regulation. The device can be enabled again by toggling the input or the enable (EN) pin to GND. The TPS65101 does not enter shutdown when one of the outputs is below its power good threshold.
