7600701FA
Texas Instruments7600701FA from Texas Instruments is a Dual 2-Line To 4-Line Decoders/Demultiplexers - Digital demultiplexers & decoders. These Schottky-clamped TTL MSI circuits are designed to be used in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications requiring very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems, these decoders can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding. When employed with high-speed memories utilizing a fast-enable circuit, the delay times of these decoders and the enable time of the memory are usually less than the typical access time of the memory. This means that the effective system delay introduced by the Schottky-clamped system decoder is negligible. The circuit comprises two individual two-line to four-line decoders in a single package. The active-low enable input can be used as a data line in demultiplexing applications. All of these decoders/demultiplexers feature fully buffered inputs, each of which represents only one normalized load to its driving circuit. All inputs are clamped with high-performance Schottky diodes to suppress line-ringing and to simplify system design. The SN54LS139A and SN54S139 are characterized for operation range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74LS139A and SN74S139A are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

Texas InstrumentsTLC59116ITPWRQ1 from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Automotive 16-channel FM+ I2C-Bus constant-current LED sink driver - Automotive LED drivers. The TLC59116-Q1 is an I 2 C-Bus controlled 16-channel LED driver that is optimized for red/green/blue/amber (RGBA) color mixing and backlight application. Each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed-frequency individual PWM controller that operates at 97-kHz, with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6%. The individual PWM controller allows each LED to be set to a specific brightness value. An additional 8-bit resolution (256 steps) group PWM controller has both a fixed frequency of 190-Hz and an adjustable frequency between 24-Hz to once every 10.73 seconds, with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6%. The group PWM controller dims or blinks all LEDs with the same value. Each LED output can be off, on (no PWM control), or set at its individual PWM controller value at both individual and group PWM controller values. The TLC59116-Q1 operates with a supply voltage range of 3 V to 5.5 V and the outputs are 17 V tolerant. LEDs can be directly connected to the TLC59116-Q1 device outputs. Software programmable LED Group and three Sub Call I 2 C-Bus addresses allow all or defined groups of TLC59116-Q1 devices to respond to a common I 2 C Bus address, allowing for example, all the same color LEDs to be turned on or off at the same time or marquee chasing effect, thus minimizing I 2 C Bus commands. Four hardware address pins allow up to 14 devices on the same Bus. The Software Reset (SWRST) Call allows the master to perform a reset of the TLC59116-Q1 through the I 2 C Bus, identical to the Power-On Reset (POR) that initializes the registers to their default state causing the outputs to be set high (LED off). This allows an easy and quick way to reconfigure all device registers to the same condition.

Texas Instruments74FCT162652CTPACT from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 16-Bit Bus Transceivers and Registers with 3-State Outputs - General-purpose transceivers. These 16-bit, high-speed, low-power, registered transceivers that are organized as two independent 8-bit bus transceivers with three-state D-type registers and control circuitry arranged for multiplexed transmission of data directly from the input bus or from the internal storage registers. OEAB and OEBA control pins are provided to control the transceiver functions. SAB and SBA control pins are provided to select either real-time or stored data transfer. Data on the A or B data bus, or both, can be stored in the internal D flip-flops by LOW-to-HIGH transitions at the appropriate clock pins (CLKAB or CLKBA), regardless of the select or enable control pins. When SAB and SBA are in the real-time transfer mode, it is also possible to store data without using the internal D-type flip-flops by simultaneously enabling OEAB and OEBA. In this configuration, each output reinforces its input. Thus, when all other data sources to the two sets of bus lines are at high impedance, each set of bus lines will remain at its last state. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I off. The I off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The CY74FCT16652T is ideally suited for driving high-capacitance loads and low-impedance backplanes. The CY74FCT162652T has 24-mA balanced output drivers with current-limiting resistors in the outputs. This reduces the need for external terminating resistors and provides for minimal undershoot and reduced ground bounce. The CY74FCT162652T is ideal for driving transmission lines.

Texas InstrumentsSN54LS670J from Texas Instruments is a 4-By-4 Register Files With 3-State Outputs - Specialty logic ICs. The SN54LS670 and SN74LS670 MSI 16-bit TTL register files incorporate the equivalent of 98 gates. The register file is organized as 4 words of 4 bits each and separate on-chip decoding is provided for addressing the four word locations to either write-in or retrieve data. This permits simultaneous writing into one location and reading from another word location. Four data inputs are available which are used to supply the 4-bit word to be stored. Location of the word is determined by the write-address inputs A and B in conjunction with a write-enable signal. Data applied at the inputs should be in its true form. That is, if a high-level signal is desired from the output, a high-level is applied at the data input for that particular bit location. The latch inputs are arranged so that new data will be accepted only if both internal address gate inputs are high. When this condition exists, data at the D input is transferred to the latch output. When the write-enable input, G W, is high, the data inputs are inhibited and their levels can cause no change in the information stored in the internal latches. When the read-enable input, G R, is high, the data outputs are inhibited and go into the high-impedance state. The individual address lines permit direct acquisition of data stored in any four of the latches. Four individual decoding gates are used to complete the address for reading a word. When the read address is made in conjunction with the read-enable signal, the word appears at the four outputs. This arrangement - data-entry addressing separate from data-read addressing and individual sense line - eliminates recovery times, permits simultaneous reading and writing, and is limited in speed only by the write time (27 nanoseconds typical) and the read time (24 nanoseconds typical). The register file has a nondestructive readout in that data is not lost when addressed. All inputs except read enable and write enable are buffered to lower the drive requirements to one Series 54LS/74LS standard load, and input-clamping diodes minimize switching transients to simplify system design. High-speed, double-ended AND-OR-INVERT gates are employed for the read-address function and have high-sink-current, three-state outputs. Up to 128 of these outputs may be bus connected for increasing the capacity up to 512 words. Any number of these registers may be paralleled to provide n-bit word length. The SN54LS670 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C; the SN74LS670 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.
View full detailsSN74ACT7814-20DL
Texas InstrumentsSN74ACT7814-20DL from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 64 x 18 asynchronous FIFO memory - Specialty logic ICs. A FIFO memory is a storage device that allows data to be written into and read from its array at independent data rates. The SN74ACT7814 is a 64-word by 18-bit FIFO for high speed and fast access times. It processes data at rates up to 50 MHz and access times of 15 ns in a bit-parallel format. Data is written into memory on a low-to-high transition at the load clock (LDCK) input and is read out on a low-to-high transition at the unload clock (UNCK) input. The memory is full when the number of words clocked in exceeds the number of words clocked out by 64. When the memory is full, LDCK signals have no effect on the data residing in memory. When the memory is empty, UNCK signals have no effect. Status of the FIFO memory is monitored by the full (FULL), empty (EMPTY), half-full (HF), and almost-full/almost-empty (AF/AE) flags. The FULL output is low when the memory is full and high when the memory is not full. The EMPTY output is low when the memory is empty and high when it is not empty. The HF output is high when the FIFO contains 32 or more words and is low when it contains 31 or fewer words. The AF/AE status flag is a programmable flag. The first one or two low-to-high transitions of LDCK after reset are used to program the almost-empty offset value (X) and the almost-full offset value (Y) if program enable (PEN) is low. The AF/AE flag is high when the FIFO contains X or fewer words or (64 - Y) or more words. The AF/AE flag is low when the FIFO contains between (X + 1) and (63 - Y) words. A low level on the reset (RESET) input resets the internal stack pointers and sets FULL high, HF low, and EMPTY low. The Q outputs are not reset to any specific logic level. The FIFO must be reset upon power up. The first word loaded into empty memory causes EMPTY to go high and the data to appear on the Q outputs. It is important to note that the first word does not have to be unloaded. The data outputs are noninverting with respect to the data inputs and are in the high-impedance state when the output-enable (OE) input is high. The SN74ACT7814 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

Texas Instruments74ACT16651DL from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 16-Bit Transceivers And Registers With 3-State Outputs - General-purpose transceivers. The SN54ACT16651 and 74ACT16651 are 16-bit bus transceivers that consist of D-type flip-flops and control circuitry arranged for multiplexed transmission of data directly from the data bus or from the internal storage registers. These devices can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. Complementary output-enable (OEAB and) inputs are provided to control the transceiver functions. Select-control (SAB and SBA) inputs are provided to select whether real-time or stored data is transferred. A low input level selects real-time data, and a high input level selects stored data. The circuitry used for select control eliminates the typical decoding glitch that occurs in a multiplexer during the transition between stored and real-time data. Figure 1 illustrates the four fundamental bus-management functions that can be performed with the SN54ACT16651 and 74ACT16651. Data on the A or B bus, or both, can be stored in the internal D flip-flops by low-to-high transitions at the appropriate clock (CLKAB or CLKBA) inputs regardless of the levels on the select-control or output-enable inputs. When SAB and SBA are in the real-time transfer mode, it is also possible to store data without using the internal D-type flip-flops by simultaneously enabling OEAB and. In this configuration, each output reinforces its input. Thus, when all other data sources to the two sets of bus lines are at high impedance, each set of bus lines remains at its last state. The 74ACT16651 is packaged in TI's shrink small-outline package, which provides twice the I/O pin count and functionality of standard small-outline packages in the same printed-circuit-board area. The SN54ACT16651 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The 74ACT16651 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.

Texas InstrumentsCLVTH16652IDGGREP from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Enhanced Product 3.3 V Abt 16-Bit Bus Transceivers And Registers With 3-State Outputs - General-purpose transceivers. The SN74LVTH16652 is a 16-bit bus transceiver designed for low-voltage (3.3-V) V CC operation, but with the capability to provide a TTL interface to a 5-V system environment. These devices can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. Output-enable (OEAB and OEBA) inputs are provided to control the transceiver functions. Figure 1 illustrates the four fundamental bus-management functions that can be performed with the SN74LVTH16652. Data on the A or B bus, or both, can be stored in the internal D flip-flops by low-to-high transitions at the appropriate clock (CLKAB or CLKBA) inputs, regardless of the levels on the select-control or output-enable inputs. When SAB and SBA are in the real-time transfer mode, it also is possible to store data without using the internal D-type flip-flops by simultaneously enabling OEAB and OEBA. In this configuration, each output reinforces its input. When all other data sources to the two sets of bus lines are at high impedance, each set of bus lines remains at its last level configuration. When V CC is between 0 and 1.5 V, the device is in the high-impedance state during power up or power down. However, to ensure the high-impedance state above 1.5 V, OE should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor, and OE should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking/current-sourcing capability of the driver. Active bus-hold circuitry is provided to hold unused or floating data inputs at a valid logic level. This device is fully specified for hot-insertion applications using I off and power-up 3-state. The I off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The power-up 3-state circuitry places the outputs in the high-impedance state during power up and power down, which prevents driver conflict.

Texas InstrumentsAFE58JD32LPZAV from Texas Instruments is a 32-ch ultrasound AFE with 18.5-mW/ch power, digital demodulator, and JESD204B and LVDS interface - Ultrasound AFEs. The AFE58JD32LP is a highly integrated, analog front-end (AFE) solution specifically designed for portable ultrasound systems where high performance, low power, and small size are required. The device is realized through a multichip module (MCM) with two dies: 1 VCA die and 1 ADC die. The VCA die has 32 channels that interface with the 16 channels of the ADC die. Each ADC channel alternately converts an odd and an even VCA channel. Each channel in the VCA die can be configured in either of two modes: time-gain-compensation (TGC) mode or continuous wave (CW) mode. In the TGC mode, each channel includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a programmable attenuator (ATTEN), a programmable gain amplifier and a third-order, low-pass filter (LPF). The LNA gain is programmable to 21 dB, 18 dB, or 15 dB. The ATTEN supports an attenuation range of 0 dB to 36 dB, with digital control for the attenuation. The PGA provides gain options from 21 dB to 27 dB in steps of 3 dB. The LPF cutoff frequency can be set between 10 MHz and 25 MHz to support ultrasound applications with different frequencies. In the CW mode, the output of the LNA goes to a low-power passive mixer with 16 selectable phase delays. Different phase delays can be applied to each analog input signal to perform an on-chip beamforming operation. A harmonic filter in the CW mixer suppresses the third and fifth harmonic to enhance the sensitivity of the CW Doppler measurement. The 16 channels of the ADC die can be configured to operate with a resolution of 12 bits or 10 bits. The ADC resolution can be traded off with conversion rate and can operate at maximum speeds of 80 MSPS and 100 MSPS at 12-bit and 10-bit resolution, respectively. Because each ADC alternately converts two VCA channels, the resulting maximum sample rate of each of the 32 channels of the AFE is 40 MSPS and 50 MSPS in the 12-bit and 10-bit modes, respectively. The ADC is designed to scale its power with sampling rate. The output interface of the ADC comes out through a low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS), which can easily interface with low-cost field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). A very low-power AFE solution makes it suitable for system with strict battery-life requirement. The AFE is available in a 15 mm × 15 mm 289-pin NFBGA package and is pin-compatible with the AFE5832 family.

Texas InstrumentsTPS3899DL43DSER from Texas Instruments is a Nanopower supervisor with programmable sense and reset delay - Reset & watchdog ICs. The TPS3899 is a nano power, precision voltage supervisor with ±0.5% threshold accuracy and programmable sense and reset time delay in a 6 pin space saving 1.5mm x 1.5mm WSON package. The TPS3899 is a feature-rich voltage supervisor that offers the smallest total solution size in its class. Built-in hysteresis along with programmable delay prevent false reset signals when monitoring a voltage rail or push button signals. The separate VDD and SENSE pins allow for the redundancy sought by high-reliability systems. SENSE is decoupled from VDD and can monitor rail voltages other than VDD. Optional use of external resistors are supported by the high impedance input of the SENSE pin. Both CTS and CTR provide delay adjustability on the rising and falling edges of the RESET signals. CTS also functions as a debouncer by ignoring voltage glitches on the monitored voltage rails and operates as a "manual reset" that can be used to force a system reset. The precision performance, best in-class features in a compact form factor, makes the TPS3899 an ideal solution for wide ranging industrial and battery-powered applications such as Factory/Building Automation, Motor Drives, and consumer products. The device is fully specified over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (TA).

Texas InstrumentsSN74ALVCH16841DGGR from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit 20-Bit Bus-Interface D-Type Latch With 3-State Outputs - D-type latches. This 20-bit bus-interface D-type latch is designed for 1.65-V to 3.6-V V CC operation. The SN74ALVCH16841 features 3-state outputs designed specifically for driving highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads. This device is particularly suitable for implementing buffer registers, unidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. The SN74ALVCH16841 can be used as two 10-bit latches or one 20-bit latch. The 20 latches are transparent D-type latches. The device has noninverting data (D) inputs and provides true data at its outputs. While the latch-enable (1LE or 2LE) input is high, the Q outputs of the corresponding 10-bit latch follow the D inputs. When LE is taken low, the Q outputs are latched at the levels set up at the D inputs. A buffered output-enable (1OE or 2OE) input can be used to place the outputs of the corresponding 10-bit latch in either a normal logic state (high or low logic levels) or the high-impedance state. In the high-impedance state, the outputs neither load nor drive the bus lines significantly. OE does not affect the internal operation of the latches. Old data can be retained or new data can be entered while the outputs are in the high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. Texas InstrumentsTPSI3050QDWZRQ1 from Texas Instruments is a Automotive reinforced isolated switch driver with integrated 10-V gate supply - Solid-state relays. The TPSI3050-Q1 is a fully integrated, isolated switch driver, which when combined with an external power switch, forms a complete isolated solid state relay (SSR). With a nominal gate drive voltage of 10 V with 1.5/3.0-A peak source and sink current, a large variety of external power switches can be chosen to meet a wide range of applications. The TPSI3050-Q1 generates its own secondary bias supply from the power received from its primary side, so no isolated secondary supply bias is required. Additionally, the TPSI3050-Q1 can optionally supply power to external supporting circuitry for various application needs. The TPSI3050-Q1 supports two modes of operation based on the number of input pins required. In two-wire mode, typically found in driving mechanical relays, controlling the switch requires only two pins and supports a wide voltage range of operation of 6.5 V to 48 V. In three-wire mode, the primary supply of 3 V to 5.5 V is supplied externally, and the switch is controlled through a separate enable. Available in three-wire mode only, the TPSI3050S-Q1 features a one-shot enable for the switch control. This feature is useful for driving SCRs that typically require only one pulse of current to trigger. The secondary side provides a regulated, floating supply rail of 10 V for driving a large variety of power switches with no need for a secondary bias supply. The application can drive single power switches for DC applications or dual back-to-back power switches for AC applications, as well as various types of SCR. The TPSI3050-Q1 integrated isolation protection is extremely robust with much higher reliability, lower power consumption, and increased temperature ranges than traditional mechanical relays and optocouplers. The power transfer of the TPSI3050-Q1 can be adjusted by selecting one of seven power level settings using an external resistor from the PXFR pin to VSSP. This action allows for tradeoffs in power dissipation versus power provided on the secondary depending on the needs of the application.

Texas InstrumentsSN74ABT652ADBR from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Octal Registered Transceivers With 3-State Outputs - General-purpose transceivers. These devices consist of bus-transceiver circuits, D-type flip-flops, and control circuitry arranged for multiplexed transmission of data directly from the data bus or from the internal storage registers. Output-enable (OEAB and OEBA) inputs are provided to control the transceiver functions. Select-control (SAB and SBA) inputs are provided to select either real-time or stored data for transfer. The circuitry used for select control eliminates the typical decoding glitch that occurs in a multiplexer during the transition between stored and real-time data. A low input selects real-time data, and a high input selects stored data. Figure 1 illustrates the four fundamental bus-management functions that can be performed with the 'ABT652A. Data on the A- or B-data bus, or both, can be stored in the internal D-type flip-flops by low-to-high transitions at the appropriate clock (CLKAB or CLKBA) inputs, regardless of the select- or enable-control inputs. When SAB and SBA are in the real-time transfer mode, it is possible to store data without using the internal D-type flip-flops by simultaneously enabling OEAB and OEBA. In this configuration, each output reinforces its input. When all other data sources to the two sets of bus lines are at high impedance, each set of bus lines remains at its last state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OEBA should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver (B to A). OEAB should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver (A to B). The SN54ABT652A is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74ABT652A is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.

Texas InstrumentsTLK2711HFG/EM from Texas Instruments is a Integrated Circuit Radiation-tolerant, QML-V, 1.6 to 2.5Gbps transceiver - Other interfaces. The TLK2711-SP is a member of the WizardLink transceiver family of multigigabit transceivers, intended for use in ultra-high-speed bidirectional point-to-point data transmission systems. The TLK2711-SP supports an effective serial interface speed of 1.6Gbps to 2.5Gbps, providing up to 2Gbps of data bandwidth. The primary application of the TLK2711-SP is to provide high-speed I/O data channels for point-to-point baseband data transmission over controlled impedance media of approximately 50Ω. The transmission media can be printed circuit board, copper cables, or fiber-optic cable. The maximum rate and distance of data transfer is dependent upon the attenuation characteristics of the media and the noise coupling to the environment. This device can also be used to replace parallel data transmission architectures by providing a reduction in the number of traces, connector pins, and transmit/receive pins. Parallel data loaded into the transmitter is delivered to the receiver over a serial channel, which can be a coaxial copper cable, a controlled impedance backplane, or an optical link. It is then reconstructed into its original parallel format. It offers significant power and cost savings over parallel solutions, as well as scalability for higher data rates in the future. The TLK2711-SP performs parallel-to-serial and serial-to-parallel data conversion. The clock extraction functions as a physical layer (PHY) interface device. The serial transceiver interface operates at a maximum speed of 2.5Gbps. The transmitter latches 16-bit parallel data at a rate based on the supplied reference clock (TXCLK). The 16-bit parallel data is internally encoded into 20 bits using an 8-bit/10-bit (8b/10b) encoding format. The resulting 20-bit word is then transmitted differentially at 20× the reference clock (TXCLK) rate. The receiver section performs the serial-to-parallel conversion on the input data, synchronizing the resulting 20-bit wide parallel data to the recovered clock (RXCLK). It then decodes the 20-bit wide data using the 8-bit/10-bit decoding format resulting in 16 bits of parallel data at the receive data pins (RXD0-RXD15). The outcome is an effective data payload of 1.28Gbps to 2Gbps (16 bits data × the frequency). The TLK2711-SP is available in a 68-pin ceramic nonconductive tie-bar package (HFG). The TLK2711-SP provides an internal loopback capability for self-test purposes. Serial data from the serializer is passed directly to the deserializer, providing the protocol device with a functional self-check of the physical interface.

The TLV320AIC1x provides high-resolution signal conversion from digital-to-analog (D/A) and from analog-to-digital (A/D) using oversampling sigma-delta technology with programmable sampling rate. The TLV320AIC1x implements the smart time division multiplexed serial port (SMARTDM™). The SMARTDM port is a synchronous 4-wire serial port in TDM format for glue-free interface to TI DSPs (i.e. TMS320C5000, TMS320C6000) and microcontrollers. The SMARTDM supports both continuous data transfer mode and on-the-fly reconfiguration programming mode. The TLV320AIC1x can be gluelessly cascaded to any SMARTDM-based device to form multichannel codec and up to 16 TLV320AIC1x codecs can be cascaded to a single serial port. The TLV320AIC1x also provides a flexible host port. The host port interface is a two-wire serial interface that can be programmed to be either an industrial standard I 2 C or a simple S 2 C (start-stop communication protocol). The TLV320AIC1x also integrates all of the critical functions needed for most voice-band applications including MIC preamplifier, handset amplifier, headset amplifier, antialiasing filter (AAF), input/output programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and selectable low-pass IIR/FIR filters. The AIC12K also includes an 8- speaker driver. The TLV320AIC1x implements an extensive power management; including device power-down, independent software control for turning off ADC, DAC, operational-amplifiers, and IIR/FIR filter (bypass) to maximize system power conservation. The TLV320AIC1x consumes only 11.2 mW at 3.3 V. The TLV320AIC1x low power operation from 2.7 V to 3.6 V power supplies, along with extensive power management, make it ideal for portable applications including wireless accessories, hands free car kits, VOIP, cable modem, and speech processing. Its low group delay characteristic makes it suitable for single or multichannel active control applications. The TLV320AIC1x is characterized for commercial operation from 0°C to 70°C and industrial operation from -40°C to 85°C. The TLV320AIC1xk is characterized for industrial operation from -40°C to 85°C.
